A former senior leader at Okta and Oracle, Anil has been instrumental in shaping and executing robust security strategies for global enterprises including multiple Fortune 500 organizations.
Recognised as a trusted advisor and influential voice in the APJ region, Anil has a proven track record of driving product growth, enhancing organisational resilience, and aligning cybersecurity initiatives with core business goals. His strength lies in building tailored, end-to-end security foundations that protect and empower organisations in an evolving threat landscape.

Shubha Panicker brings a unique blend of cybersecurity consulting and customer success leadership to CyberSec1st. With a strong background in aligning technical solutions with business outcomes, she has led critical initiatives at Okta—including redefining incident response processes and managing high-impact client relationships across Federal, Public sector, Finance, Insurance, Telecom, and enterprise sectors.
